Transfers from other universities to degree courses with a quota of places
To transfer from another university to the first year of a course with a quota of places at University of Turin follow the instructions below.
- Request a transfer from the University in which you are enrolled to the University of Turin by the administrative deadlines
- Register on the UniTo portal, logging in with your SPID credentials (if you do not already have them, you can obtain them by following the directions on the SPID website (remember that obtaining SPID is not immediate, so we advise you to do so as soon as possible) and following the procedure given in the “Instructions” section for registering on the portal
- Pre-enroll in the desired degree course within the deadlines indicated in the Admission notice, by logging in to MyUniTo and following the section "Enrollment", then "Pre-registration for courses with a quota of places" and filling out the pre-registration application
- Take the TOLC/Admission Test according to the type of course
- View the outcome of the admission test:
- log in to MyUniTo
- select "Enrollment" and then "Pre-registration for courses with a quota of places" to view your status (see "Legend of Ranking Statuses" below).
If your status is " Ineligible " and you do not want to lose your chance to remain on the ranking list, you must confirm your expression of interest by filling out the "Application for replacement".
Instructions for completing the replacement application
- log in to MyUniTo
- select "Enrollment" and then "Pre-registration for courses with a quota of places"
- declare your interest in each course by pressing the "Apply" button in the "Replacement" section.
You can also confirm your interest in remaining in the rankings of degree courses that no longer have available places as a result of waiver, changes or transfers.
Legend of ranking statuses
- Admitted: you can proceed with online application by the deadlines set in the announcement or in the "Meet deadlines" section.
- Ineligible: you wait for replacements and make expressions of interest on the dates stipulated and listed in the "Meet deadlines" section.
- Rejected: you scored below the minimum threshold on the admission test to be usefully ranked.
- Pre-registered: you have confirmed your pre-registration. To make your enrollment final, you must make the payment of the first installment of the student contribution strictly by 4 p.m. on the due date, indicated in your MyUniTo reserved area, by uploading the enrollment application dated and signed in all its parts and the payment receipt
- Matriculated: you are duly enrolled
- Cancelled: you fall into one of the following cases:
- you have not enrolled by the deadline
- your test has been cancelled
- if you have obtained admission on the major preference in competitions for which more than one preference can be indicated, the minor choice will be cancelled;
- you have not expressed interest in replacement (replacement application).
- Register for the course: if you are in “Admitted” status in the ranking list, complete, by the deadlines in the “Meet Deadlines” section, the application for enrollment:
- log in to MyUniTo
- enroll by following the "Enrollment" section and then "Enrollment."
- upload a copy of a valid ID
- upload a photo, which will be displayed on your virtual smart card, by downloading the MyUniTo+ app
- upload a copy of your social security number
- print the application form
- pay the first installment of the student contribution.
When filling in the application, you will also need to indicate whether you already have active enrollment and intend to enroll for a.y. 2025-2026 in two courses at the same time or not. If you select "yes" to the contemporary enrollment application you will need to fill in all the fields required for enrollment in the two courses and regularize both careers.

- Complete the application by entering the fields related to the academic year, date and University of first enrollment in the University System (thus the first enrollment you made in any university course at any Italian university), and the academic year, date and University of beginning your university career (thus when and where you undertook the career for which you are requesting transfer to the University of Turin)

Enter the details of your past enrollment (University, course of study, exams taken), so as to benefit from the exemptions provided by the Fees and Contributions Regulations
- Print the application form
- Pay the student contribution fees and transfer fee by logging in from MyUniTo and selecting the “Fees” item, and then proceed with payment through the PagoPA digital platform
- Attach documents, by logging in to MyUniTo and following the path "Enrollment" and then "Career Attachments":
- signed application form
- any forms related to the recognition of exams taken in the previous university career.
