Postgraduate degrees with a restricted number of places
In this section you will find the information to enrol for the degree courses listed in the section below:

- Read the call for competition for the postgraduate degree of your interest (see below)
- Register on UniTo portal(if you access for the first time). For further information please consult the portal registration instructions
- Log in to your MyUniTo and pre-register following the path: Iscrizioni > Pre-iscrizione ai corsi ad accesso programmato
- Pay the tuition fee instalment for the test, if foreseen
- Sit the admission test, if foreseen
- Verify the classification list for your status (Ammesso, Non ammesso, Annullato)
- Enrol in the choosen degree course
Before 3:00 p.m. of the deadline, register for the course you are interested in by accessing MyUniTo (with the credentials obtained following registration), following the path "Enrolment / Enrolment".
While filling in, you will have to insert the following documents:
- a photo, which will be displayed on your virtual smart card, by downloading the MyUniTo+ app
- copy of a valid identity document
- copy of your tax code.
- Pay the first instalment
Pay the first instalment by the due date. Within your MyUniTo, following the path "Enrolment / Enrolment / View payments" you will find the payment notice with the due date.
Your enrolment will become final with the payment of the first instalment of the university contribution: this payment must be made by the indicated due date. Payment made - for any reason - after the indicated due date will make it impossible to enrol in the study course for the current year.

- Admission procedure to the post-graduate degree course in Business Administration (BA, held in English) - Class LM-77 - Department of Management - Academic Year 2025-2026 for Italian, EU and equivalent candidates wherever they reside and non-EU candidates regularly residing in Italy (category 990), as well as non-EU students residing abroad applying for visas (category 989) and Chinese students of the ‘Marco Polo’ Project (category 988).

* Please note:
- if, at the end of the last readmission, both available places and eligible persons remain (in ‘Not Eligible’ status), the form ‘Further scrolling of the ranking list (in the presence of unfilled vacancies and eligible persons)’ will be available to submit the request to fill the places still available;
- if at the end of the last readmission there are still places available and there areno suitable candidates (in ‘Cancelled’ status except for those cancelled due to administrative irregularities), the form ‘Possible readmission of students (if there are unfilled places available and there are no suitable candidates)’ will be available to submit the request to fill the places still available.
The forms will only be active during the periods indicated in the Enrolment calendar.
- Status "Respinto" (only for the first admission procedure): excluded from the competition because you scored below the minimum threshold in the admission test (15/100)
- Status "Ammesso": log in to your MyUniTo, enrol, pay the first instalment following the path: Iscrizioni > Iscrizione
- Status "Non ammesso": check your status in MyUniTo following the deadlines of the calendar.
The payment made out – for any reason- after the indicated deadline, will imply automatically the status "Annullato", along with the failure of the enrolment on the interested course.
Updating
Updating
The day the ranking list is published, the candidate's position might be:
“Ammesso” (Passed)
The candidate is placed in a position within the number of available places, s/he can enrol by completing the online application no later than the following deadlines (see Enrolment Calendar / Replacements - Calendario Iscrizioni / Riassegnazioni).
“Non ammesso” (Non passed)
The candidate, due to the score achieved, is not in a position to enrol and must therefore wait for the next replacements, according to the following deadlines (see Enrolment Calendar / Replacements - Calendario Iscrizioni / Riassegnazioni).
The status will not change if the available places are filled. It is necessary to consult the status in MyUniTo on each date on which the ranking list is re-updated.
“Respinto” (Failed)
Exclusively for the postgraduate degree in Criminological and Forensic Psychology, the candidate did not reach the sufficient threshold of 25/50 points and is therefore not entitled to enrol in the study course.
The replacement of places is concluded when the available places are filled.
The enrolment is completed with the payment of the first instalment of tuition feesby the indicated due date.
Payment made - for any reason - after the indicated due date will result in the automatic switch of status to “Annullato” (Cancelled), with the consequent loss of the possibility of enrolling in the course.
Within the deadlines indicated in the calendar, those who are still listed in the rankings as "Non ammessi" (Not passed) must confirm their interest in remaining in the rankings. In order to do so, they must fill in the "replacement application form", so that they can possibly be readmitted in the future rankings.
Filling in the replacement application form is not considered as confirmation of the place (and matriculation) but is merely an expression of interest.
Failure to fill in the replacement application form by the deadline indicated is equivalent to renouncing your place in the ranking (tacit renunciation).
To fill in the replacement application form:
- log in your MyUniTo
- select the item "Iscrizioni" (Enrolment) and then "Pre-iscrizione ai corsi ad accesso programmato" (Pre-enrolment in a degree with a restricted number of places)
- express your interest in each course of interest by selecting "Presenta domanda" (Present application) in the "Ripescaggio" (Replacement) section.
You can also confirm your interest in remaining in the rankings of degree courses that no longer have places available; indeed, if places become available as a result of drop-outs, passages or transfers, the possibility of a new admission may arise, following future updates of the rankings.
“Further sliding of the ranking list”
If, at the end of the last replacement, there are both vacancies and eligible candidates (in status “Non Ammesso” - Not passed), the form “Further sliding of the ranking list (if unfilled vacancies and eligible candidates are available)” will be activated in order to submit a request to fill the remaining vacancies.
“Possible readmission of students”
If, at the end of the last replacement, there are still places available and there are no eligible candidates (in status "Annullato" - Cancelled -with the exception of those cancelled due to administrative irregularities), the form "Possible readmission of students (if unfilled vacancies are available and there are no eligible candidates)" will be activated in order to submit a request to fill the remaining vacancies.
Forms will only be active for the dates indicated in the calendar.
Updating
Updating
