The University of Turin is committed to promoting excellence in research, including through training and promoting research careers.

UniTo guarantees quality, ethics and transparency in research. This guarantee is based, on the one hand, on establishing a set of general principles and requirements that concern the roles, responsibilities, and prerogatives of researchers and their employers and, on the other hand, on producing a series of recommendations to improve recruitment and make selection procedures fairer and more transparent.

With the same objective, the University participates in the European network Euraxess - Researchers in Motion, the point of reference for those who do research and intend to consolidate their career by moving to another country. Since 2006, UniTo has been one of the 20 Italian Euraxess Centres and supports researchers before, during, and after a period of mobility abroad.
