Transfers from other university to courses with free admission

Academic year 2025-2026

To transfer from another University to a degree course with free admission at the University of Turin, follow the instructions below.

  1. Request the transfer to the University in which you are enrolled, within the administrative deadlines decided by the relevant bodies of the University of Turin, checking in advance on the website the admission criteria required and the procedures for verifying curricular requirements
  2. Register on the UniTo portal, accessing with SPID credentials (if you do not already have them, you can obtain by following the directions on the SPID website: remember that obtaining SPID is not immediate, so we recommend doing it as soon as possible) and following the procedure in the section "Istruzioni" for the registration on the UniTo portal
  3. Submit application (starting from July 25th, 2025 to October 20th, 2025 for Undergraduate and 5-6-year post-graduate degree courses, and from July 25th, 2025 to January 16th, 2026 for postgradutae degrees), logging in your MyUniTo, following the section "Iscrizioni/Enrollement", "Iscrizione/Enrollment" and then type on “Trasferimento in ingresso/Incoming Transfer”.

    While filling in the application you will need to enter the following documents:

    • a photo, which will be displayed on your virtual smart card, by downloading the MyUniTo+ app
    • copy of a valid ID
    • copy of your tax identification number

    Photo technical details

  1. Complete the application by entering the fields for the academic year, date, and University of first enrollment in the University System (thus the first enrollment you made in any university course at any Italian university), and the academic year, date, and University of beginning your university career (thus when and where you started your career for which you are requesting transfer to the University of Turin
  2. Enter the details of past enrollment (University, course of study, exams taken) in order to benefit from the exemptions provided by the Fee and Contribution Regulations;
  3. Print the application out
  4. Pay the university fee and transfer fee by loggin in to MyUniTo with your credentials and from the “Fees” item make the payment through the PagoPA digital platform.
  5. Attach documents, from the “Enrollment” menu of MyUniTo select the “Career Attachments” item and attach the following documents by the deadline:
  6. Signed application form
  7. Any forms related to the recognition of exams taken in the previous university career.
  8. Wait for the transfer to be concluded

For enrollment with "incoming transfer" you do not have to take the TOLC; exclusively in the case that you are admitted to the first year, you will be assigned the OFAs (Additional Formative Obligations) provided by the destination study course, unless you have taken the same TOLC provided by the destination course and obtained a score higher than the minimum threshold provided for the attribution of the OFA. In the case of admission to years after the first, there are no OFAs.
