Instructions for administrative staff
Credentials to access University Portal are the same needed for the centralized e-mail service.
For example, Mario Rossi, having the address [email protected], has “mrossi” as username and the chosen mail password as password.
Warning
- The password given by default corresponds to the fiscal code written in capital; please change it as soon as possible;
- For people using local email systems (e.g. [email protected]) to authenticate to the portal you must use your username and password to access the centralized e-mail service.
In case of authentication problems, please fill the form for requests for support and information or call 800 098590 (from Monday to Friday, from 8.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m. - Saturday 8 a.m. - 1 p.m., only from Italian phones).
