Support and assistance

For support and assistance, fill out a request module using the UniTo Service Desk:

In order to obtain assistance, the guest staff should contact the RIF of the host structure who  will open the module.

Guest accreditation and conferences

To obtain access to the UniTo WiFi network by guests or participants in seminars, workshops and  conferences, it is necessary to have temporary credentials (commonly called guest credentials).  These can be requested from the RIF of the facility where you are a guest or that organizes the  event. The RIFs are enabled to use the user accreditation procedure.

 

There are two types of guests:

  • guests: guests who visit our premises for short periods (e.g. for seminars or conferences)
  • long-guests: guests who permanently collaborate with our university for long periods.
