Each department has its own specific information sheet, with practical instructions (rules, expiry dates, etc.) related to the procedure of depositing the thesis online.
The deadlines for depositing the thesis online can be found on the website of each degree program in the "Deadlines for submission of documentation" ("Scadenze per la consegna della documentazione") which can be reached by following the path: Laurearsi / Laurea.

The service is only active for the Health Science degree courses in Orbassano and Cuneo.
The title of the thesis in Italian and English, entered into the online thesis form, must correspond to that deposited at the Student Services office (thesis title form signed by the coordinator).

Deadling for online theses submission: by the end of the month which precedes your graduation session. A paper copy should be delivered to the Department (Lungo Dora Siena 100/A - Building D2 - II floor – Reception opposite meeting room –Monday to Friday 9 am – 7pm) by the end of the month preceding your thesis discussion.
The copy of the thesis deposited at the Department can be returned exclusively at the end of the graduation session, unless otherwise requested by the commission.
It is compulsory to deliver the receipt for online thesis submission to the student secretariat via fax (+39 011 6704486) or via email: [email protected] (attaching the scan of the receipt by the end of month preceding the graduation session)

If your department has not yet activated the service, you can still upload your thesis online, but you must follow the traditional administrative procedures for depositing your thesis in a paper copy.
