Submission of the application for tuition fees reduction: deadline 31st December 2016

Students who want to benefit the reduction of the tuition fees’ second instalment must submit an application for the “ISEE certification valid for supporting measures for the right to academic study".  Where appropriate, students may as an alternative apply for a “ISEE parificato” certification. 

 

Please note that it is no longer necessary to apply for the tuition fees second instalment’s reduction through the on-line procedure.

 

Students who submit their application for “ISEE certification valid for supporting measures fot the right to academic study" or “ISEE parificato” after the December 31, 2016 deadline will be subject to the following fines:

  • € 100 for late applications submitted from January 1 to February 28, 2017
  • € 200 for late applications submitted from March 1 to March 30, 2017
  • € 300 for late applications submitted from April 1 to April 30, 2017
  • € 400 for late applications submitted from May 1 to June 15, 2017
     

The University of Turin will acquire the ISEE certifications valid for supporting measures for the right to academic study directly from the INPS database, students will no longer have to hand them to the University’s tax office.
 

Students applying for ISEE parificato certification must hand it to the University’s tax office (Vicolo Benevello 3/A 10124 Torino) along with the original of the documents required to issue the ISEE certification.
 

Students who have already submitted their ISEE certification before December 31, 2016 but have later on faced circumstances substantially changing their economic situation by a variation of the ISEE indicator higher than 25%, are allowed to apply for a new ISEE certification without being subject to a fine.
 

To benefit from the reduction of the tuition fees’ second instalment, you must already be enrolled to University of Turin.
 

Students with an ISEE indicator higher than € 85.000,00 are not eligible for the reduction of the tuition fees’ second instalment.
 

Students failing to apply for ISEE certifications valid for supporting measures for the right to academic study or ISEE parificato certification within June 15,2016 are not eligible forthe reduction of the tuition fees’ second instalment and are subject to the payment of the second instalment’s highest fee as foreseen by the tuition fees regulations.
