Start@unito project

With the Start@unito project, the University of Turin offers a number of open and free online courses you can follow while you are still in high school, before enrolling at the university or while attending it. 

Start@unito accompanies you before and during your studies. Not only does Start@unito help you choose the right courses for you, but it also allows you to take an exam in advance. If you already are a university student, you can add the courses to your career plan and study independently.

Signing up is quick and easy: you just have to visit the Courses Showroom and choose the ones that are closest to your interests. Log in with a click by using your social network credentials and start your new courses right now. You will find a broad spectrum of academic fields: explore the variety of multimedia at your own pace and practice with self-assessment tests. Once you complete all the units and take the final test, you will earn a certificate of attendance of your first university course, which will enable you to take the exam as soon as you enrol.

The courses are all designed to help those who approach university studies for the first time and to promote autonomous learning. In addition, many courses are held entirely in English to enhance internationalization.
