2. Read the admission call

The admission call provides you with all the information you need to enrol in the first year of degree courses with a restricted number of places: read it thoroughly and carefully.

The admission call for undergraduate degree course in Business & Management (SAT) a.y. 2025-2026 is currently being published.

3. Sit the TOLC exam

Essential information about SAT

In order to enrol for the degree course in Business & Management, which requires you to take the English language test known as the SAT, you must:

  • consult the College Board's portal, where you will find all the information about the knowledge required by the test, the application procedure, the costs and the modalities for sitting the test. The SAT test are valid from 2nd January 2024 and up to the deadline indicated in the "Meet deadlines" section
  • take the SAT before enrolling; you can also take it before obtaining your secondary school certificate.

You can also take the SAT more than once, but the score of the last test taken (and not the one with the best result) will be taken into consideration for the purposes of drawing up the ranking.

When you take the test, you must indicate the code 9136 - University of Turin for the digital submission of the Official SAT Score Report.

Essential information on TOLC

In order to enrol for degree courses that require compulsory taking of the TOLC you must:

  • register on the CISIA portal
  • register for the TOLC(s) related to the course(s) of interest
  • take it(s) on the chosen dates and location.

For enrolment in the TOLC there is a fee of 35 euros to be paid to CISIA. TOLCs taken from 2nd January 2024 and up to the deadline indicated in the ‘Meet the deadlines’ paragraph are valid, in both modes of delivery: TOLC at the University (in-person) or TOLC@CASA (remotely).

The TOLC can also be taken on dates organised by other universities.

The University of Turin only delivers TOLC@CASA (remotely).

You must take the TOLC before enrolling and you can also take it before obtaining your secondary school certificate.

You can take the same TOLC several times, but no more than once a month.

If you take the TOLC more than once, the score of the last test taken (and not the one with the best result) will be taken into account for registration purposes.

You can take TOLCs of different types, even within the same month.

Once you have finalised your enrolment, scores obtained in TOLCs taken subsequently will no longer be taken into account.

To find out the dates, please consult the test calendar on the CISIA website. The calendar is constantly being updated.

You can register while places are available.

Don't wait until the last minute, but take the TOLC for the course(s) you are interested in as soon as possible.

4. Register on the UniTo portal

To register for the UniTo portal, follow the steps on the page Portal registration Instructions. To do this, you need SPID credentials, which you can obtain, if you do not already have, by following the indications described on the SPID website (the process for obtaining SPID is not immediate, so we advise you to do it as soon as possible). Registration on the portal is the first necessary and mandatory step to complete the pre-enrolment and following enrolment process.

5. Pre-register for your degree course

By the deadlines indicated in the previous paragraphs, you must pre-enrol in the course of your choice.

Log in your MyUniTo and pre-enrol following the steps: "Iscrizioni / Pre-iscrizione ai corsi ad accesso programmato"(Enrolment/Pre-enrolment in a degree with a restricted number of places), selecting the course corresponding to the TOLC or SAT taken.

The pre-enrollment must necessarily correspond to the test taken. It is not possible to enroll in a course for which the required test (SAT or TOLC area indicated) has not been taken and the correct pre-enrollment has not been done by the deadlines.

In fact, pre-registration is an administrative procedure necessary to be able to enter the ranking of the course(s) of interest and for which you have taken the test.

6. Check the ranking lists and the results
Check the results of the admission test

The date of publication of the rankings is specified in the notice of admission and/or in the “Meet Deadlines” section.

To check the results of your test, log in MyUniTo. Select the item "Iscrizioni" (Enrolment) and then "Pre-iscrizione ai corsi ad accesso programmato"(Pre-enrolment in a degree with a restricted number of places) to consult your results status (see the following paragraph "Check the status of your result").

To make your enrollment final, you must make the payment of the first installment of the student contribution strictly by 4 p.m. on the due date, indicated in your MyUniTo reserved area and provides by that date the upload of the enrollment application dated and signed in all its parts and the payment receipt
  • Immatricolato (Enrolled): you are duly enrolled
  • Annullato (Cancelled): you meet one of the following cases:
    • you did not register by the deadline
    • your trial was cancelled
    • if you gained admission on the major preference in competitions for which multiple preferences can be indicated, the minor choice will be cancelled
    • you have not expressed an interest in readmission (application for readmission).

You can see the complete ranking of admission test results on the study courses page, by selecting “Programmed Access” and then, after choosing the type of course, the degree course for which you took the admission test (the complete ranking is available in the “Rankings Detail” section).
