Definition of "Further sliding of the ranking list"
If, at the end of the last replacement, there are both vacancies and eligible candidates (in status “Non Ammesso” - Not admitted), the form “Further sliding of the ranking list (if unfilled vacancies and eligible candidates are available)” will be available in order to submit a request to fill the remaining vacancies.
Definition of " Possible readmission of students "
If, at the end of the last replacement, there are still places available and there are no eligible candidates (in status "Annullato" -Cancelled- with the exception of those cancelled due to administrative irregularities), the form "Possible readmission of students (if unfilled vacancies are available and there are no eligible candidates)" will be available in order to submit a request to fill the remaining vacancies.
The forms will only be active during the periods indicated in the calendar.
The admission call provides you with all the information you need to enrol in the first year of the course:
Before or after taking the TOLC, in order to enrol for the course, you must register on the UniTo portal (if you login for the first time).To do this, you need SPID credentials, which you can obtain, if you do not already have, by following the indications described on the SPID website (the process for obtaining SPID is not immediate, so we advise you to do it as soon as possible). Registration on the portal is the first necessary and mandatory step to complete the pre-enrolment and following enrolment process.
You must pre-enrol within the deadlines indicated in the paragraph “Meet deadlines”.
Log in your MyUniTo and pre-enrol following the steps: "Iscrizioni >> Pre-iscrizione ai corsi ad accesso programmato >> Laurea Magistrale Ciclo Unico 5 anni in Conservazione e restauro dei beni culturali (abilitante ai sensi del D.Lgs. 42/2004) (Enrolment > Pre-enrolment in a degree with a restricted number of places >> 5-year postgraduate degree in Conservation and Restoration of Cultural Heritage (qualifying in accordance with Lgs.D. 42/2004)-
It is not possible to enrol in a course for which correct pre-enrolment has not been carried out within the deadlines. The pre-enrolment is an administrative act necessary in order to be eligible for inclusion in the ranking list of the course of interest.
Pay the pre-enrolment fee for the admission test by 2nd September 2024.
On the indicated dates, take the admission tests.
The date of publication of the ranking lists is specified in the call for application.
To check the results of your test, log in MyUniTo. Select the item "Iscrizioni" (Enrolment) and then "Pre-iscrizione ai corsi ad accesso programmato"(Pre-enrolment in a degree with a restricted number of places) to consult your results status (see the following paragraph "Check the status of your result").
Check your MyUniTo frequently, not only when the ranking list is published, but also during the replacement/readmission phase of the remaining available places, following the updates of the ranking list.
You can check the complete ranking list of admission test results on the Degree programs page, by selecting the item "Corsi ad accesso programmato" (Courses with a restricted number of places) and then the course of study for which you took the admission test (the complete ranking list is available in the section "Dettaglio graduatorie" - Ranking details).
Below is the status legend that can be consulted when the ranking lists are published in MyUniTo:
- Ammesso (Accepted): you can matriculate online no later than the deadlines indicated in the call for applications
- Non ammesso (Not admitted): wait for the readmissions and submit your expressions of interest on the dates established and indicated in the calendar. Check your status in MyUniTo on the readmission dates
- Respinto (Rejected): in the admission test, you obtained a score below the minimum threshold required to be eligible for a place on the ranking list
- Preimmatricolato (Pre-enrolled): you have confirmed your place online. Remember that the final enrolment process requires the payment of the first university instalment strictly by 4.00 p.m. on the deadline day indicated in your reserved area (MyUniTo) and requires the upload of the dated and fully signed enrolment application and the payment invoice by that date
- Immatricolato (Enrolled): you are regularly enrolled.
- Annullato (Cancelled): you meet one of the following cases:
- you did not matriculate within the deadline
- your test was invalidated
- you have been admitted to the major preference in competitions for which several preferences could be indicated, the minor choice will be cancelled
- you have not expressed an interest in readmission (application for readmission).
Within the deadlines indicated in the paragraph “Meet deadlines”, those who are still listed in the rankings as “Non ammessi" (Not passed) must confirm their interest in remaining in the ranking. In order to do so, they must fill in the "replacement application form", so that they can possibly be readmitted in the future rankings.
Filling in the replacement application form is not considered as confirmation of the place (and matriculation) but is merely an expression of interest.
Failure to fill in the replacement application form by the deadline indicated is equivalent to renouncing your place in the ranking (tacit renunciation).
To fill in the replacement application form:
- log in your MyUniTo
- select the item "Iscrizioni" (Enrolment) and then "Pre-iscrizione ai corsi ad accesso programmato" (Pre-enrolment in a degree with a restricted number of places)
- express your interest in each course of interest by selecting "Presenta domanda" (Present application) in the "Ripescaggio" (Replacement) section.
You can also confirm your interest in remaining in the rankings of degree courses that no longer have places available; In fact, if places become available as a result of drop-outs, passages or transfers, the possibility of a new admission may arise, following future updates of the rankings.
If you are in the status "Ammesso" (Accepted) in the ranking list, fill in the application form by the deadline specified in the call for application, log in your MyUniTo and enrol following the steps: "Iscrizioni / Iscrizione" (Enrolment/Enrolment).
During the compilation you must upload the following documents:
- one photo, which will be printed on your university smart card
- one photocopy of a valid identification document
- one photocopy of the tax identification number (codice fiscale).
In MyUniTo, Taxes section, you can find the payment notice and the due date.
The enrolment is completed with the payment of the first instalment of tuition fees: the payment must be made by the indicated due date. Payment made - for whatever reason - after the indicated due date will result in the loss of entitlement to the place.
Log in your MyUniTo page and from the "Iscrizioni" (Enrolment) menu select the "Allegati carriera” (Career attachments) item.
Attach the following documents by the deadline specified in the call:
- the application form properly filled and signed.
- invoice of payment of the first instalment of the university contribution
