Admission test in Medicine and Surgery – 17th September 2025 

The registered candidates are invited to attend the IMAT admission test, scheduled for 17th September 2025 at 8:30 a.m., at Lingotto Fiere, Via Nizza 280, 10126 Turin (map).

Please carefully read the following information and instructions:

The admission test will take place at Italian universities and at the foreign locations indicated in Table A attached to Ministerial Decree No. 599 of 07-08-2025.

Registration for the test closed at 3:00 p.m. (GMT+2) on September 9th, 2025.

Registration is completed upon payment of the test participation fee in accordance with the procedures indicated on the Universitaly portal.

When registering for the test, candidates must indicate, in order of preference, the locations and courses for which they intend to compete. These preferences are irrevocable and cannot be changed after 3:00 p.m. (GMT + 2) on September 9, 2025: in any case, the last “confirmation” expressed by the candidate within this deadline will be considered valid.

On October 13th, 2025, the national merit rankings will be published in the student area of the Universitaly portal.

Applicants from non-EU countries residing abroad

Applicants from non-EU countries residing abroad who wish to take the entrance exam to enrol at the University of Turin must:

register on the University portal if they do not already have UniTo credentials. To register on UniTo, follow the procedure described on the Portal registration instructions webpage
pre-enrol between September 2nd and 12th, 2025 at 3:00 p.m. (Italian time) in the dedicated competition by accessing MyUniTo and following the path: Enrolment / Pre-enrolment in courses with quota of places and select the competition 6-year postgraduate degree programme in Medicine and Surgery - Reserved for non-EU candidates residing abroad who require a visa or are members of the Marco Polo Programme
pre-enrol for visa issuance for the academic year 2025-2026 through the Universitaly portal by September 9th, 2025.
