Credentials to access University Portal are the same needed for the centralized e-mail service.
For example, Mario Rossi, having the address [email protected], has “mrossi” as username and the chosen mail password as password.
Warning
People needing an access to the Portal for didactical reasons (teachers, researchers, internal or external staff, mother tongue teachers, assistants with research allowance, etc) automatically have their accreditation when registered in the University programme of salary management.
In case of authentication problems, please fill the form for requests for support and information or call 800 098590 (from Monday to Friday, from 8.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m. - Saturday 8 a.m. - 1 p.m., only from Italian phones).
