Change to a degree course with a quota of places
Read the directions in the admission notice of the course of interest and comply with the modalities and deadlines of the processes provided for enrolling in the course.
To apply for course/regulation change for a degree course with a quota of places consult the instructions below:
- consult the notice of admission and read carefully the directions in the admission notice
- check the outcome of the test logging in to your MyUniTo with your credentials and select “Enrolment” and then “Pre-enrolment in degree courses with a quota of places”
- settle the administrative position of the course in which you are enrolled paying the instalment(s) accessing your MyUniTo under the item “Fees” (you can choose the mode of payment via PagoPA digital platform). In case you have any other difficulty, report immediately this issue to the Student registry office of the new course.
- fill in the application by the deadline indicated in the admission notice for the course of interest and also viewable in your MyUniTo, selecting the item “Enrollment” and then “Application for change” and then the type “Scheduled”
- submit the change application, selecting the type of destination study course, (in this case with a quota of places), if any, the course and/or course location to which you want to transfer (destination course)
- check that the destination course data is correct and confirm the application (only when you see the green light in the "Fees" section will you be able to forward the change application)
- proceed to self-declare exams taken but not yet recorded in the transcript of records through the "Add Exam" button (if you do not have to make the self-declaration, skip this step)
- your application is now in "Submitted" status and will be taken over by the relating office. As long as the application remains in “Submitted” status, it is still possible to modify or cancel the application
- print a receipt of the change application, using the magnifying glass icon
- highlight/mark the exams taken for which you intend to request validation for the new course
- sign it properly
- attach the career application receipt and the eventual self-declaration of taken exams, accessing your MyUniTo, selecting "Enrollment", then "Career Attachments" and then "Course change"
- makes the payment of the transfer fee and stamp, or only of the stamp if it is a transfer between two courses offered in the a.y. 2025-2026 (transfer from first year to first year). The payment must be made out strictly by the deadline fixed in the announcement, or you will lose your place
- attach the payment receipt in career: from the "Enrollment" menu of MyUniTo select "Career Attachments" and then "Tuition Fee Receipt"
- wait for your application to acquire the status "Approved" (from this moment on, it cannot be deleted, nor modified)
Congratulations, you are formally enrolled in the new degree course!
(*)Only for changes to the degree courses with a quota of places relating to the Departments of Agriculture and Veterinary Science, Medical Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences and Technologies and Biotechnology, Courses of the Health professions, and Sport and Exercise Sciences, it is necessary to deliver a request through the ticketing service (by selecting the item “changes”) or to deliver directly at the Students registry office desks the syllabus of the exams taken for which you intend to request the recognition.
Are you enrolled in a study course that is carried out on more than one venue (e.g., Science of Education - Turin and Savigliano) and, as a result of the re-adjustments of the rankings, you are "Admitted" on a venue for which you had indicated a greater preference while pre-registering for the admission test?
Then, you can make the change of location!
The instructions are as follow:
- fill in the application by the admission deadline
- download and fill in entirely the application form Modulo domanda di passaggio di sede/ordinamento
- send the application to the Student registry Office of your course, by the deadlines specified in the announcement, by opening a ticket on the ticketing service (by selecting “Passaggi”), along with the receipt for the first installment of the tuition fee of your degree course
- pay the stamp duty and any change fee.
- attach, as soon as possible, the copy of the receipt in the career attachments: from the “Enrollment” menu of MyUniTo select the item “Career Attachments” and then “Tuition Fee Receipt.”
Exclusively in the case of transferring from a following year to the same course of study but different location, there is also a payment of the transfer fee, which you will find in your MyUniTo under “Fees.”
