Security intervention on the University network on 31st July 2024 from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.

On Wednesday 31st July 2024, from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., a major technological upgrade is scheduled to protect the entire network area dedicated to the University's services.

The intervention is necessary in order to maintain a high level of security on the services provided by the University, updating the network equipment and replacing those close to going out of production. During the entire duration of the intervention, neither the wired network connection nor the WiFi connection will be available and the phone service may also be interrupted.

The activity will take place during the lunch break to try to minimise the time of disruption and potential inconvenience.

During the intervention, the SPOC service can be contacted for support via the channels available at www.unito.it/spoc (during the intervention it is suggested to call via smartphone or access the service desk from a non-Academic network).
