If, at the end of the last replacement, there are both vacancies and eligible candidates (in status "Non Ammesso" - Not admitted), the form "Further sliding of the ranking list (if unfilled vacancies and eligible candidates are available)" will be activated in order to submit a request to fill the remaining vacancies.
** Definition of "Possible readmission of students"
If, at the end of the last replacement, there are still places available and there are no eligible candidates (in status "Annullato" -Cancelled- with the exception of those cancelled due to administrative irregularities), the form "Possible readmission of students (if unfilled vacancies are available and there are no eligible candidates)" will be activated in order to submit a request to fill the remaining vacancies.
The forms will only be active during the periods indicated in the calendar.
The call for admission provides you with all the information you need to enrol in the first year of the following study courses with a local restricted number of places with local rankings:
- Register at the CISIA website,<register at the TOLC-F exam and take it on the chosen dates and venue. To register at the TOLC exam, a contribution of 30.00 € is required by CISIA
- TOLC tests taken from 1st January 2023 and up to the deadline indicated in the paragraph “Deadlines” are valid in both modes of delivery: TOLC at the University (in-person) or TOLC@CASA (online). The TOLC can also be taken on dates organized by other Universities.
- The University of Turin only delivers TOLC@CASA (online).
You must sit the TOLC before the matriculation and you can also sit it before completing high school.
You can take the same TOLC several times but no more than once a month.
If you repeat the same TOLC several times, the last test will be taken into account (not the one with the best result).
You can take different typologies of TOLC, even within the same month.
Once the registration has been finalized, scores obtained in TOLC taken afterwards will no longer be taken into account.
Check the test calendar to know the available dates. Calendars are constantly updating.
You can enrol until all available seats are taken.
Do not wait until the last days, take the TOLC test for the course/s of interest as soon as possible.
Before or after taking the TOLC, in order to enrol for the course, you must register in the UniTo portal (if you login for the first time). To do this, you need SPID credentials, which you can obtain, if you do not already have, by following the indications described on the SPID website (the process for obtaining SPID is not immediate, so we advise you to do it as soon as possible).
Registration in the portal is the first necessary and mandatory step to complete the pre-enrolment and subsequent enrolment process.
To register on UniTo you must follow the procedure described on the page:
You must pre-enrol within the deadlines indicated in the paragraph "Deadlines".
Log in your MyUniTo and pre-enrol following the steps:"Iscrizioni >> Pre-iscrizione ai corsi ad accesso programmato >> Laurea magistrale a ciclo unico 5 anni in Chimica e Tecnologia farmaceutiche e Farmacia", (Enrolment >> Pre-enrolment in a degree with a restricted number of places >> 5-year postgraduate degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology and Pharmacy), indicating any preference between the two courses.
The pre-enrolment must necessarily correspond to the TOLC taken (TOLC-F). It is not possible to enrol in a course for which the required TOLC has not been taken and the correct pre-enrolment has not been carried out by the deadline. The pre-enrolment is an administrative document necessary to enter the ranking list of the course/s of interest and for which you have taken the TOLC.
The date of publication of the ranking lists is specified in the call for admission or in the paragraph "Deadlines".
To check the results of your test:
- Log in your MyUniTo
- Consult your result status (see the following paragraph "Check the status of your result"), by selecting the item "Iscrizioni" (Enrolment) and then "Pre-iscrizione ai corsi ad accesso programmato" (Pre-enrolment in a degree with a restricted number of places)
Check your MyUniTo frequently, not only when the ranking list is published, but also during the replacement phase of the remaining available places, following the updates of the ranking list.
You can check the complete ranking list of admission test results on the Degree programs page, by selecting the item "Ad accesso programmato" (Restricted number of places) and then the course of study for which you took the admission test (the complete ranking list is available in the section "Dettaglio graduatorie" - Ranking detail).
Below is the legenda of the status that you can consult when the ranking lists are published in MyUniTo
- Ammesso (Passed): you can matriculate within the deadlines indicated in the call for applications or in the paragraph "Meet deadlines"
- Non ammesso (Not passed): wait for the replacements and submit your expressions of interest on the dates established and indicated in the paragraph "Meet deadlines". Check your status in MyUniTo on the replacement dates
- Preimmatricolato (Pre-matriculated): you have confirmed your place online. Remember that the final enrolment process requires the payment of the first university instalment strictly by 4.00 p.m. on the deadline day indicated in your reserved area MyUniTO and requires the upload of the dated and fully signed enrolment application and the invoice by that date
- Immatricolato (Matriculated): you are regularly enrolled
- Annullato (Cancelled): you meet one of the following cases:
- you did not matriculate within the deadline
- your test was invalidated
- you have been admitted to the major preference in competitions for which several preferences could be indicated, the minor choice will be cancelled
- you have not expressed an interest in replacement (application for replacement).
Within the deadlines indicated in the paragraph "Deadlines", those who are still listed in the rankings as "Non ammessi" (Not passed) must confirm their interest in remaining in the rankings. In order to do so, they must fill in the "replacement application form", so that they can possibly be readmitted in the future rankings.
Filling in the "replacement application form" is not considered as confirmation of the place (and matriculation) but is merely an expression of interest.
Failure to fill in the replacement application form by the deadline indicated is equivalent to renouncing your place in the ranking (tacit renunciation).
To fill in the replacement application form:
- log in your MyUniTo page
- select the item "Iscrizioni" (Enrolment) and then "Pre-iscrizione ai corsi ad accesso programmato" (Pre-enrolment in a degree with a restricted number of places)
- express your interest in each course of interest by selecting "Presenta domanda" (Present application) in the "Ripescaggio" (Replacement) section.
You can also strong>confirm your interest in remaining in the rankings of degree courses that no longer have places available; indeed, if places become available as a result of drop-outs, passages or transfers, the possibility of a new admission may arise, following future updates of the rankings.
If you are in the status "Ammesso" (Accepted) in the ranking list, fill in the application form by the deadline specified in the call for application, log in your MyUniTo and enrol following the steps: "Iscrizioni / Iscrizione" (Enrolment/Enrolment).
During the compilation you must upload the following documents:
- one photo, which will be printed on your university smart card
- one photocopy of a valid identification document
- one photocopy of the tax identification number (codice fiscale).
In MyUniTo, Taxes section, you can find the payment notice and the due date.
The enrolment is completed with the payment of the first instalment of tuition fees: the payment must be made by the indicated due date. Payment made - for whatever reason - after the indicated due date will result in the loss of entitlement to the place.
Log in your MyUniTo page and from the "Iscrizioni" (Enrolment) menu select the "Allegati carriera” (Career attachments) item.
Attach the following documents by the deadline specified in the call:
- the application form properly filled and signed.
- invoice of payment of the first instalment of the university contribution.
