According to the new provisions adopted by the Italian Government to prevent infection from SARS-CoV-2 (Legislative Decree 6 August 2021, n. 111 "Urgent measures for the safe exercise of school, university, social and transport activities"), starting from 1st September 2021 and until 31st December 2021 all university staff, both teaching and technical administrative, must be in possession and are required to exhibit, upon request, the green COVID-19 certification.
From 1st September 2021 to 31st December 2021 also university students must be in possession of the green COVID-19 certification for participation in the educational and curricular activities in person.
The obligation to possess the COVID-19 green certification does not apply to teaching and administrative technical staff, as well as to students, exempt from the vaccination campaign on the basis of suitable medical certification issued according to the criteria defined by the competent health authority.
