Elections of student representatives 2019: Erasmus incoming students eligible to vote

Elections for the renewal of students representative in university and extra-university bodies have been announced.

Eligibility to vote
  • Students  effectively and properly enrolled at the University of Turin (including the students enrolled in the I level courses of the academic year previous waiting to finish the career in the extraordinary session) or students who have not passed all their exams within the prescribed period of time ("fuori corso") in the current year
  • Erasmus incoming students
  • Phd students
Elections will be held on the following days:
  • Tuesday 19th March 2019 from 8:30 am to 7 pm
  • Wednesday 20th March 2019 from 8:30 am to 5 pm

Each voter receives a nominative electoral certificate containing the voting credentials to be used at one of the telematic voting stations. By typing the personal code and password entered in the electoral certificate and after the system has ascertained the identity associated with the credentials entered, the voter is accredited to the system and can express the number of preferences for each list. Once the voting operations have been completed, the voter is asked to confirm the vote cast and to close the voting session.

The following representatives will be elected:
  • 6 representatives for the Academic Senate
  • 2 for the Board of Governors
  • 6 for the Regional Assembly of students for the right to university study
  • 4 for the University Sport Committee (CUS)
  • Departmental councils, not less than 15% of the total organ composition
  • Study / integrated study programs for first cycle / second cycle / one long cycle degree programs, for a minimum of 15% of the total organ composition
  • Councils of the Schools, for not less than 20% of the total membership of the body
