EIT Food Autumn School on Digitalization for Circular Food Systems - Digit Circularity

Developed by University of Turin, in partnership with Swiss Food Research and the University of Bologna, the EIT Food Autumn School on Digitalization for Circular Food Systems - Digit Circularity explores the specific challenges and opportunities enabled by digital technologies for powering AgriFood Circular Business Models.
Through a combination of face-to-face workshops, group learning and hands-on exercises. All our courses are taught by some of the leading minds in academia, research and industry. The intensive three-week programme will be delivered fully online.
- Part 1, 25th October – 5th November 2021: introduction, team building and basics on entrepreneurship for developing ideas (Asynchronous)
- Part 2, 8th – 12th November 2021: bootcamp, with international experts from academia and industry, team working and circular business cases (Synchronous)
Bachelor and Master students, PhD students and young professionals with a keen interest in Entrepreneurship, Food Circularity and Innovative Digital Technologies.
The course will conclude with a final pitch event. Prizes will be awarded to the winning teams and an official certificate will be issued to all participants. Students have the possibility of earning 5 CFU/ECTS.
