Collection of Expo 2015 tickets
Students who bought the Expo 2015 tickets at reduced price can collect them in the University classroom located at the ground floor of Cavallerizza Reale (via Verdi, 9 - Torino) from 9.30 am to 4.00 pm according to the following schedule based on surname initials:
- Monday 24th August or Monday 31st August 2015
from letter A to letter B - Tuesday 25th August or Tuesday 1st September 2015
from letter C to letter E - Wednesday 26th August or Wednesday 2nd September 2015
from letter F to letter L - Thursday 27th August or Thursday 3rd September 2015
from letter M to letter Q - Friday 28th August or Friday 4th September 2015
from letter R to letter Z
Students will be able to collect their ticket only in one of the two established days, carrying a valid identity document or the Smart Card. After identification, they will have to sign a delivery note to receive the ticket.
A delegate, for students who cannot pick up personally the ticket in the established days, can collect tickets as well. The delegate will have to carry:
- his/her identity document
- a signed proxy by the student who bought the ticket
- a copy of the identity document or smart card of the student who bought the ticket
The proxy and the copy will be withheld upon delivery of the ticket.
Students who will not be able to collect the ticket in the established days or to delegate someone do not need to send any communication. They will receive an email after September 7th 2015 with further instructions to collect the ticket.
