CIMEA Survey: Student awareness on fraud in education

Friday, 11 June 2021

The Information Centre on Academic Mobility and Equivalence (CIMEA) has carried out a survey to evaluate student awareness on fraud in education.

The questionnaire is developed in the framework of the Erasmus+ project "FraudS+: False Records, Altered Diploma and Diploma Mills Qualifications Collection" (2020-2022) and the results collected will be analysed within the project.

The objectives of the survey are:

  • to analyse the knowledge of the phenomenon of fraud in education among students
  • to raise students’ awareness on the phenomenon, also strengthening their ability to deal with it
  • to design useful tools for the promotion of ethics and transparency in education.

Student participation is essential to plan a successful strategy, together with policy makers, higher education institutions and relevant stakeholders, involved in the dialogue on the issue of fraud in education.

Target groups:

  • students in higher education;
  • students attending the last year of upper secondary education;
  • student unions.

Deadline for submissions: 30th June 2021
