UNITA Starting Grants on Research

The UNITA Starting Grants on Research aim to accelerate the development of inter-university groups of faculty and research staff who share a common interest in a specific field of knowledge and wish to deepen it through the exchange of best practices and the initiation of joint projects.
Projects, with a maximum duration of 12 months, must be submitted by faculty members or researchers from at least three different university partners of the UNITA Alliance and must include post-docs and PhD candidates in the working group.
Calls for project proposals are periodically published on the UniTo and UNITA websites for the awarding of Starting Grants on specific topics related to the thematic research hubs of UNITA:
- Cultural Heritage
- Circular Economy
- Renewable Energies
- Global Health
- Digital Transition
- Inclusive Societies
The complete list of UNITA Starting Grants on Research calls is available on the Intranet (restricted access area).
