Development cooperation
The Italian legislation defines the international cooperation for sustainable development, human rights and peace as an integral part and qualifying of the Italian foreign policy (l. 125/2014).
The University of Turin had responded with important initiatives in the international efforts aimed at alleviating world poverty and helping developing countries to strengthen their institutions and promote exchange programs, research activities and study courses devoted to the issues of sustainable development. The university participates in different planes that entwine research training and third mission, in partnership with Italian and foreign universities.
