Workshop

From Tuesday 8 March 2016 at 1:30pm, to Wednesday 9 March 2016 at 5:30pm

The University and the Polytechnic of Turin organise the workshop "Enabling technologies in 3D cancer organoids". The meeting, which takes place on March 8-9, 2016 at Molecular Biotechnology Center (via Nizza 52, Turin), is focused on 3D cancer models and inaugurates a Cancer Conference Series co-organized by the University and the Polytechnic of Turin within the framework of the event "Just the Woman I Am".

This workshop is an opportunity to discuss not only the more recent biological and pre-clinical data obtained with the use of 3D culture system in oncology but to tackle challenging technological issues related to the use of innovative materials, favouring organoid assembly and the development of new imaging tools to navigate inside tumor organoids.
The aim is to bring together researchers from different fields to review recent advances on three-dimensional in vitro cultures for cancer research.
