Second Global Strike for Future - May 24th, 2019

The University of Turin renews its adhesion and support to the message of Fridays for Future, a movement of young people that wants to raise public awareness on the issue of global warming and urges respect for the commitments undertaken by the countries with the Paris Agreement of COP21 of the UNFCCC to combat climate change. 

In Turin the appointment for the Second Global Strike is Friday 24th May 2019, at 9.30 am in Piazza Statuto.

The University continues to carry out concrete actions for environmental sustainability, both through teaching and research activities, and through the UniToGO Green Office. It is also strengthening collaboration with national and international networks starting from the Network of Universities for Sustainable Development and its working group on climate change.
