Performing Cultural Heritage in the Digital Present: XXVII International Conference Digital Research in Humanities and Art

From 10th to 13th September 2023, the University of Turin is hosting the XXVII edition of the International Conference Digital Research in Humanities and Art (DRHA) dedicated to Performing Cultural Heritage in the Digital Present.

On the occasion of the conference, UniVerso, presents a program of eleven digital installations plus a special event, entirely set up in the locations of Palazzo del Rettorato. The DRHA Exhibition provides visitors with the opportunity of experiencing performances in VR (Virtual Reality), innovative sound installations and video projections, as well as immersive and interactive events co-designed by AI (Artificial Intelligence).

In addition, the latest work by Factory 42 is presented as a world premiere: developed in collaboration with Meta Immersive Learning, UnEarthled: The Beetle Story is performed to inspire people to respect, protect, and restore the planet.

Opening: Sunday 10th September 2023, Rector's Palace Courtyard ("Palazzo del Rettorato"), 6:00 -7:00 p.m.

Visiting hours: Monday 11th September to Sunday 17th September 2023, 10:00 a.m. -1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m., limited to the turnout in exhibition halls.
