Panel discussion: "Economic Challenges facing Europe and the World"

On 19th December 2016, Claudia Buch (vice-president of the Bundesbank) and Luigi Federico Signorini (member of the governing board of the Bank of Italy) will lead a panel discussion on Economic Challenges facing Europe and the World: policy priorities of the Italian G7 presidency and German G20 presidency in 2017. Introduction by Alessandro Barattieri (Collegio Carlo Alberto).

The event will take place at the Collegio Carlo Alberto of the University of Turin (via Real Collegio 30, Moncalieri - Torino).

In 2017, Italy will chair the G7 and Germany the G20. What are the main policy priorities of the two agendas? Are there possible synergies? How do financial stability and economic governance interact with productivity dynamics in Europe?

Simultaneous translation into Italian will be provided.
