Just the woman I am - Sunday 6th March 2022

Sunday 6th March 2022 sees the return of  Just The Woman I Am, the 5km run/walk in support of university cancer research. Join the most anticipated pink event of the year, a day that promotes prevention, healthy lifestyles, inclusion and gender equality!

 
More than 200 million steps in the 2021 Virtual Edition of JTWIA - Just the Woman I Am, university research has gone three times around the world thanks to the participation of more than 25 thousand people who, from Italy to Japan, passing through the Maldives, France, Sweden, Germany and the United States... Chose not to miss it.

The 5 km non-competitive run/walk in support of university cancer research will not be able to start in Piazza San Carlo due to pandemic prevention measures by Covid-19: instead, the Virtual modality will be confirmed, i.e. starting your own route in Turin and anywhere else, choosing independently, between 7.00 am and 8.00 pm, the place for your 5 km run/walk.

On the other hand, according to the programmes and procedures indicated on the JTWIA website, the numerous activities planned in the Piazza will take place in person: at the Prevention and Well-being Village, including free examinations available to the public by appointment, in the Meetings Pavilion, the venue for meetings and talks on prevention and well-being, as well as at our UniTo institutional stand, where our lecturers and researchers will be present on Sunday 6 March.
