The University of Turin and the City of Turin, in collaboration with Urban Lab, Camera di Commercio di Torino and the Department of Cultures, Politics and Society, are organizing a conference on "European cities and strategic planning, 30 years later". The event takes place on Tuesday 26th and Wednesday 27th March 2019 at the Main Hall of Cavallerizza Reale (via Verdi 9, Turin).
The organization provides two days of debate and in-depth analysis, in which different voices and figures from the political, technical and academic world will discuss urban development and strategic planning, the relationship between cities and universities, the importance of networking and sharing knowledge to face the new urban challenges, bringing the experiences of Barcelona, Bilbao, Glasgow, Lyon and Turin.
The conference will be held in English, but a translation service to Italian will be available.
