The University WiFi

The term WiFi (Wireless Fidelity) applies to devices that allow connection to wireless local area networks (WLAN). A notebook, smartphone, or tablet enabled for wireless connection (i.e., equipped with a WiFi antenna and software) can connect to the Internet and use the online services offered by the University.

Areas covered by the service display the official WiFi Zone logo, which certifies compatibility with the IEEE 802.11 standards established by the WiFi Alliance consortium.
