What happens when I finish my PhD?
Access to services using doctoral student credentials (portal, personal University webmail, IRIS, other online services reserved for staff) is automatically deactivated after the sixth year from the natural expiry date of the course, except in cases of suspension of activity with subsequent deferral of the deadline.
For doctoral students who benefit from an extension of the deadline for the thesis defence (final examination), access to the above services will still be deactivated after the 6th year from the legal expiry date of the course.
