How to withdraw from the Erasmus+ mobility
To officially withdraw from the Erasmus+ mobility for studies, it is mandatory to complete the dedicated form (available in Italian):

The UniTo procedure for completing the Learning Agreement online is mandatory for all students who have been awarded a place through the Erasmus+ for studies call.
To fill in the document correctly, please read the instructions provided in the online learning agreement vademecum.
The online procedure is not available for students graduating from an undergraduate degree who will carry out their mobility only after enrolling in a postgraduate degree programme. If this is your case, you must fill in the editable form below and send it via email to both the academic coordinator of the Master's degree programme at UniTo and the contact person at the host institution. Once you have enrolled in your chosen postgraduate degree programme, you must email [email protected] to request access to the online procedure.
To get an approximate estimate of your Erasmus+ grant amount, you can use the Erasmus+ for studies mobility grant simulator.
For the most accurate simulation, make sure to enter your data precisely.
Students participating in an Erasmus+ study mobility can benefit from various types of financial support.
Types of Financial Support
- Part A – EU contribution: amount varies depending on the destination country
- Part B – additional grant: intended for participants with fewer economic means and/or fewer opportunities
- Part C – additional EU contribution: reserved for students with specific physical, mental, or health conditions
Travel grants
Erasmus+ for studies students for the academic year 2024–2025 may be eligible for one of the following travel grants:
- Travel Grant Standard: for those going on mobility to a Partner Country (excluding the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and the Faroe Islands)
- Travel Grant Green: for those reaching their Partner Country destination using environmentally friendly (green) means of transport
- Top-Up Travel Green Grant: for those reaching a Programme Country (including the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and the Faroe Islands) using green means of transport
Erasmus+ for studies students for the academic year 2025–2026 may be eligible for one of the following travel grants:
- Standard Travel Grant: valid for all Erasmus+ destinations
- Travel Grant Green: for those who choose green means of transport, regardless of the destination
