Event guest accreditation

This category includes two types of guests:

Guests: guests who typically visit our premises for short periods (e.g. for seminars or conferences)

Long-term guests: guests who collaborate with our University on a permanent basis for long periods.

Access to the UniTo WiFi network by guests or participants in seminars, workshops and conferences requires temporary credentials (commonly referred to as guest credentials).

To obtain these credentials, please contact the RIFs of the facility where you are a guest or which is organising the event. RIFs are authorised to use the user accreditation procedure.

Support request

For support and assistance, open a ticket using the UniTo Service Desk.

Guest user support

Guest staff must contact the host organisation's RIF, who will open the ticket.
