UniTo and the international dimension
The University of Turin allows Italian students and researchers to enrich their career through an experience abroad and attracts students and teachers from international universities through European and extra-European exchange and mobility programs.
The international dimension at UniTo concerns:
- about 3,500 international students (a.y. 2023-2024)
- over 30 international double-degree programs/joint degree programs
- 27 courses taught in English language (a.y. 2024-2025)
- over 150 doctorates in joint-supervision, 1 international PhD course and 1 international curriculum
- over 1,500 agreements for Erasmus+ mobility for students, trainees, researchers, teachers
- 145 positions for Visiting Professor (2023-2024)
- Marco Polo project for Chinese students
- the Italo-French University for the cooperation between French and Italian research institutions and universities
- over 520 academic cooperation agreements with universities and research institutions from 81 countries
- development cooperation with non-EU countries
