Change your password
To change your password, you must:
- log in to MyUniTo
- from the profile menu (top right), select “SCU Change Password”.
The new password must be at least 8 characters long and must include at least:
- one number;
- one uppercase letter;
- one lowercase letter;
- one special character from the following list: !?-+*/\:;'"{}

If needed, the “Remember my password” service is available to allow you to recover your password independently.
To use this service, you must have previously entered your personal email address in the “Edit directory details” service available in MyUniTo, under the “Online services” menu.
Safekeeping of authentication credentials
If your password has not been changed for more than six months, you must update it for security reasons.
Users are responsible for the safekeeping and confidentiality of their authentication credentials (credentials are strictly personal and must be protected with the same care as a bank card PIN).
Users are required to immediately notify the University of Turin of any unauthorised use of their user ID (username) and password, or of any other security breach of which they become aware.
