How to print your thesis
The degree thesis consists of the cover and the title page.
The colours of the covers can vary greatly, so it is advisable to check with your supervisor whether the department has given any guidelines on the colour to be used.
In the absence of instructions, we recommend using sober colours, generally:
- if dark, colours such as blue, dark green, burgundy
- if light, colours such as light grey, beige and light blue.
The colours usually used for printing are gold, silver, black and blue.
The title page for the thesis
The title page is the first page of the thesis.
University students are invited to use the official University thesis title page template.
The thesis cover (for copy shops)
Copy shops that need to print degree theses for students at the University of Turin must fill in the Degree Thesis Kit request form to obtain the Degree Thesis Kit with the materials needed to make the thesis covers.

To create a presentation using slides from their degree thesis, students at the University are invited to use the attached template, which can be downloaded.
