Instructions for updating people directory information
You can independently edit:
- office phone number
- mobile phone number
- fax number
- non-institutional email address
- link to your website
- notice text and student reception text
- accounts on major instant messaging sites.
You cannot change:
- name and surname
- role
- membership structure
- affiliation or work
Any errors in the following data should be reported to the following addresses, depending on your role:
- Teachers and Researchers: [email protected]

- Permanent technical-administrative staff: [email protected]
- Fixed-term technical-administrative staff: [email protected]
Non-structured staff
- External collaborators
- Cooperative employees
- Professor Emeritus
- Internships and Interns
- Unforeseen/undefined role
- Other collaborators
must report anomalies or errors to the RIF (Referent for information and services on the federal University portal) of their facility.
To locate the RIF of the structure, search for the name on the Search RIF application (login with SCU credentials).
If the facility does not have a RIF, consult the instructions on the Single Point of Contact - SPOC page of the University Intranet.
