Students registry offices
The Students registry offices provide a support service for students of undergraduate, post graduate and 5 or 6-year postgraduate degrees.
The Student Registry Offices provide the following services related to students’ academic careers:
- enrolment in undergraduate degrees, 5/6-year postgraduate degrees and postgraduate degrees, individual courses, continuing education programs, advanced training courses, specialisation courses and teacher training (24 CFU training pathway)
- internal transfers within the University, including transfers between degree programmes, campus transfers and curriculum changes
- transfers to and from other universities
- suspension of studies in accordance with the Student Career Regulations
- reactivation of the academic career following suspension (career review request)
- awarding of the degree
- interruption of studies or continuation of the academic career abroad (for degree programmes regulated by Ministerial Decrees no. 509/1999 and no. 270/2004)
- withdrawal from studies or continuation of the academic career abroad (for degree programmes regulated prior to Ministerial Decree no. 509/1999 and for specialisation schools)
- applications for exemption from or refund of student fees (for cases not granted ex officio)
- recognition of shortened academic careers
- applications for recognition of previous academic careers (following lapse, interruption or withdrawal from studies)
- issuance of certificates and duplicates (study record booklets, student record booklets, smart cards)
- issuance of degree parchments and duplicates
- compulsory internships managed by the University (where required by the degree programme) for admission to State examinations

For problems related to the authentication to the University website and/or to the enrolment procedure, please fill out the form for requests for support and information or call the toll-free number 800 098590 (from Monday to Friday from 8.00 a.m to 8.00 p.m - Saturdays from 8.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m., only from Italian phones).
You can arrange an appointment as follows:
- accessing your MyUniTo and selceting the item "Sportello - Prenota appuntamento"
- from the website of your study course/Department selecting the item "Sportello - Prenota appuntamento" available in the section "Studiare", following the instructions of the manuale per la prenotazione dell'appuntamento (Italian version only).
In order to avoid misunderstanding, go to the counters in the opening hours and in the date of the appointment.
