and fill out the indicated forms:
- Circular No. 6 of 25 March 2026 – Various updates on insurance policies and agreements covering risks related to third-party liability and accidents – period: from 12:00 a.m. on 31 December 2022 to 12:00 a.m. on 31 December 2027 (Italian version)
- Summary in English of insurance coverage for attendees (for international users)
- Application form for optional membership policies of the University of Turin (Italian version)
- Annex 3 (Italian version)
- Questionnaire on the adequacy and coherence of the optional membership policies of the University of Turin (Italian version)
If you subscribe to both contracts, both information forms (items 4 and 5) must be
completed.
For the guarantees to be effective, it is necessary to submit the completed forms along with the bank statement. Making the payment alone, without submitting the supporting documentation, will not activate the insurance coverage.
The insurance coverage will, therefore, begin from the date of payment and simultaneous submission of the completed documentation.
