Public Relations Office (URP)

The Public Relations Office is aimed at students, university staff, companies and private individuals, other institutions and administrations and in general at anyone who needs to know the right office to contact. 

The Public Relations Office is the point of contact for users to verify the quality of services. 

We provide clarifications and information on university services, internal regulations, and access to administrative documents.

We conduct user opinion monitoring campaigns to improve university services and promote the exchange of information within the University and with other administrations.

We fulfil requests, collect reports of any service disruptions, and submit proposals for improving existing services.
