Access with SPID or CIE Digital Identity System
Access via SPID
SPID is the Public Digital Identity System that allows users to access online Public Administration services using a single set of credentials recognized by all participating public bodies.
Thanks to SPID, citizens no longer need dozens of passwords, keys, and codes: a single login system is enough to access the online services of Public Administrations and private companies.
Through a simple procedure designed to verify users’ identities, SPID provides credentials that allow access to multiple Public Administration services.
Our University has also joined SPID and accepts this authentication system for access to its online services.

Access via Electronic Identity Card (CIE)
The Electronic Identity Card (CIE) is a secure access key, guaranteed by the State and issued by the Ministry of the Interior, which allows UniTo staff and students to securely authenticate to the University’s online services.
Thanks to the CIE, citizens no longer need different credentials for each Administration, but can use a single physical and digital identification tool to access online public and private services in Italy and across Europe.
