Workplace inclusion

We promote the well-being of those who work at UniTo and live with a disability. A dedicated office supports initiatives aimed at improving the quality of working life for individuals who encounter physical, sensory, cognitive, relational, and/or communication barriers, and at enhancing personal satisfaction, both in working autonomously and in actively participating in the life of the UniTo community.

The University of Turin offers services to help reduce barriers to full participation in the workplace for people living with disabilities and provides consultancy services to individuals and organizational units through the role of the Disability Manager, to support and promote greater autonomy in the work environment and the re-engineering of processes in line with disability policies.
