Office closures in August 2026

• Students registry offices and Student Financial Aid section (sezione Diritto allo studio): closed from 3rd to 21st August 2026
• International Students office: the phone service is suspended from 5th to 24th August 2026
• International exchange office: the telephone help desk is suspended from 4th to 20th August 2026 for Summer break
• Student Inclusion Services Section: closed from 3rd to 23rd August 2026
• Infopoint: closed from 10th to 21st August 2026.

From 3rd to 7th August (until 4:00 p.m.), the following services will remain available:

• the help desk service
• the University’s single contact number, according to the following schedule:
  • Students Registry Offices: +39 011 6709900, Monday to Friday, 9:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
  • Student Financial Aid section: +39 011 6709900, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon

From 10th to 21st August, all services (service desks, Help Desk and single contact number) will be suspended.

Services will resume as usual from 9:00 a.m. on Monday, 24th August 2026.
