Wednesday 15 April 2026

From 15th April to 15th May 2026 (extended until 30th May), academic and research staff, PhD candidates, research fellows, technical and administrative staff, and students are invited to participate in the survey on the quality of UniTo’s administrative services.

Academic and research staff, PhD candidates, research fellows, technical and administrative staff, and language instructors (CEL) will receive an invitation via their institutional email address, including a link to the questionnaire.

Students can access the survey through the following links:

  • questionnaire for first-year undergraduate and 5 or 6-year postgraduate degrees
  • questionnaire for students enrolled in subsequent years

The questionnaire is fully anonymous and aims to gather feedback on the quality of the University’s services in 2025, in order to identify areas for improvement.

Participation in the survey is essential to ensure meaningful and representative results reflecting the views of the entire university community.

The Good Practice project, in which UniTo participates, is coordinated by the Politecnico di Milano (MIP) and aims to measure and compare the performance of administrative services across Italian higher education institutions. In 2025, more than 60 institutions are taking part.

In addition, it will be possible to take part in the GP Days according to the following schedule:
